The Court Services Department is responsible for processing fine payments, enforcement of unpaid fines, setting trials, recording court proceedings, generating transcripts and other administrative duties resulting from charges laid by the various enforcement agencies operating within Lambton County.

Alert - Fraudulent Text Requesting Payment

The Court Services Department has received several calls and emails from members of the public saying they have received a text message requesting payment. Our court location does not send text messages for a Final Reminder or requesting payment. This is not a legitimate payment request.
