New Limitation Period ExtendedThe new limitation period has been extended from December 1, 2020 to February 26, 2021. This means that no enforcement will be conducted until the limitation period ends. Please note that payments are still accepted online at www.paytickets.ca or in-person (Monday - Friday between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.).
NEW Court Location January 2021The Court Services department will be temporarily moving to a new location in January 2021. The new address will be the Western Sarnia-Lambton Research Park, 1086 Modeland Road, Building 1020, Suite 200 S., Sarnia, Ontario, N7S 6L2. More information to follow.
The Court Services Department has reopened to the public with limited hours.
You can pay tickets, request an extension or trial at the Court Services Department Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

All "in-person" Court Proceedings scheduled between March 16, 2020 and January 22, 2021 remain adjourned to a future court date. If you have a proceeding scheduled during this time, do not attend court in person. A notice of the new court date will be sent to you by mail.

Beginning September 28th, 2020, Court Services County of Lambton Provincial Offences Court will hear non-trial proceedings (e.g. guilty pleas, withdrawals, first appearances, adjournments) remotely by audio conferencing.
