Remote Court Hearings
Virtual Court appearance dial-in information is provided to you with your Summons, Notice of Trial or Early Resolution Meeting Notice.
At the discretion of the presiding Justice of the Peace, some County of Lambton Provincial Offences Court matters can be conducted virtually by using the Zoom Video Conferencing platform. The Zoom meeting ID and password information is provided to you with your Summons, Notice of Trial or Early Resolution Meeting Notice.
Please review the Virtual Courtroom Protocol to ensure you understand all requirements and expectations.
Recording, publishing, broadcasting, reproducing, photographing or otherwise disseminating the video audio or any photograph of any remote hearing is prohibited (subject to limited exceptions which are to be addressed with the presiding jurist.)

Although your court appearance may occur virtually, the expectations and requirements are that participants must conduct themselves with the same professional behaviour as if they were physically in the courtroom.
