Public Works Department hosting job fairs for seasonal positions

Wyoming, ON – The County’s Public Works Department is hosting two job fairs to fill positions for the upcoming winter season.

The Department will be hiring Winter Patrollers, Operators, and Winter Control Plow Operators. Applications for these positions are currently available through the County’s online job board.

“These events will be a great opportunity for interested applicants to come meet some of the team and ask any questions they may have about the positions,” said Operations Manager Tom Kelly. “We will also have staff from Human Resources on site to assist with setting up a profile on our job board and completing applications.”

Interested applicants can drop-in to the County Administration Building, located at 789 Broadway Street in Wyoming, on Wednesday, September 13 between 8:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. or Monday, September 18 between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. Please have a digital copy of your resume available.
