JNAAG hosting Singing Docent Tour on First Friday

Sarnia, ON – The Judith & Norman Alix Art Gallery is hosting a Singing Docent Tour during First Friday on August 4, beginning at 7:00 p.m.
Docents, gallery volunteers who lead guided tours through the Art Gallery, are providing a unique opportunity for visitor’s to enjoy a singing tour of the Gallery’s current John Hartman exhibition, Many Lives Mark This Place. Participants can sing-along or simply enjoy the music as they learn about what inspired the song and painting pairings.

Sarnia, ON – The Judith & Norman Alix Art Gallery and Lambton County Library have named the 14 teenagers who will have their photographs displayed in an upcoming exhibit, Humans of Lambton, opening August 4, 2023 at the Judith & Norman Alix Art Gallery.

Sarnia, ON – The Judith & Norman Alix Art Gallery is inviting adults to take part in an Introduction to Beading workshop led by artist Mo Thunder on Sunday, July 16, 2023 from 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
In this workshop participants will learn basic beading techniques and will receive their own beading bundle with everything they need to get started and continue at their own pace afterward. No prior experience is necessary.
