Point Edward, ON – The Lambton COVID-19 Immunization Task Force met Tuesday, April 20 to discuss updates to the COVID-19 vaccine rollout plan in Lambton County. Here are some highlights from the meeting:
A total of 40,103 doses of COVID-19 vaccine have been administered to date. That represents 34 percent of the eligible population in Lambton County who have received one or more doses (37,763 first dose, 2,340 second dose).

Lakeshore Road to be Closed for Reconstruction

Wyoming, ON - Lakeshore Road (County Road #7) between Modeland Road and Telfer Road in the City of Sarnia is scheduled for full closure beginning Wednesday, April 21, 2021 (weather permitting). The work is expected to last approximately four months, weather permitting.
Detours will be in place using Modeland Road, Blackwell Road and Telfer Road to access Lakeshore Road east and west.

Kevin Marriott Elected Lambton’s 159th Warden

Circles poverty-ending program stays connected during pandemic

A program helping Sarnia-area families make their way out of poverty has kept going through the pandemic.
