Keep wells safe during flood conditions - May 2019

Sarnia, ON - Lambton Public Health encourages residents with private wells to test their water supply as soon as possible if their well has been flooded.
Recent high-water levels and flood conditions, caused by rain, could allow harmful bacteria to enter the drinking water supply rendering the water supply unsafe for consumption.

Sarnia-Lambton, ON - Sarnia-Lambton will be bustling with activity next week as the community welcomes representatives from the Intelligent Community Forum (ICF).
The guests, in town Wednesday, April 24 through Friday, April 26, will be touring Sarnia-Lambton as part of ICF's Intelligent Community of the Year competition. Routes to Roots Workshop Series - April 2019

Wyoming, ON - Lambton County Archives (LCA) will be hosting a year-long workshop series focusing on genealogical research and archival preservation.

Rabies vaccination clinics

Point Edward, ON - Several low-cost rabies vaccination clinics will be held across Lambton County beginning the end of March and continuing into May.
The clinics are open to all cats and dogs, three (3) months of age and older. Animals must be in good health and not vaccinated within the last year. Only rabies vaccine will be offered, except for in Sarnia where microchipping is available for an additional $20.00 fee.
Animals must be leashed or contained. The cost is $25 per animal (cash only).
