Point Edward, ON - Lambton’s Medical Officer of Health has issued a COLD WEATHER ALERT for Lambton County based on the latest forecast from Environment Canada predicting extreme cold temperatures beginning overnight.
The alert is expected to remain in effect until Friday, February 1, 2019. The Medical Officer of Health will not issue a Cold Weather Alert termination.

Intelligent Sarnia-Lambton Taskforce to host strategic planning session

Sarnia-Lambton, ON - The Intelligent Sarnia-Lambton Taskforce is looking for the public's help in building an Intelligent Community Strategic Plan.
Three stakeholder consultation sessions are being planned for early February.
The sessions are supported by a $10,000 grant generously provided by the Libro Prosperity Fund and will be held:

Point Edward, ON - Lambton’s Medical Officer of Health has issued a COLD WEATHER ALERT for Lambton County based on the latest forecast from Environment Canada predicting the temperature to meet the threshold of -15°C overnight on Saturday.
The alert is expected to remain in effect until Monday, January 21, 2019. The Medical Officer of Health will not issue a Cold Weather Alert termination.

PD Day of winter activities at the Oil Museum of Canada

Oil Springs, ON - Students with a PD Day Friday, February 1 are being invited to the Oil Museum of Canada for a day of winter activities.
The event, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., features snowshoeing, winter crafting stations, and the exploration of winter-themed artifacts from the museum's permanent collection.
