Florence Library closed due to fire

Wyoming, ON - The County of Lambton and the Township of Dawn-Euphemia are advising the public that the Florence Library is temporarily closed until further notice as a result of a fire that took place on Saturday, August 3, 2019. The Library was closed and no one was inside the building at the time of the fire.

New trishaw bike at North Lambton Lodge

Forest, ON - A trishaw bike is now in service at North Lambton Lodge. The trishaw bike was purchased with memorial donations made to the Lodge.

Lambton Public Health searching for dog that bit woman - July 2019

Point Edward, ON – Lambton Public Health is seeking information about the location of a dog and its owner after a woman was bitten around 9 p.m. on Wednesday, July 24 at the Bright's Grove Music Festival in Kenwick Park, Bright's Grove.

The dog, described as medium-sized brown dog, possibly a boxer or boxer mix, was walking on a leash with a man. The victim did not get any contact information of the owner.
