Limitation Period Extended to February 26, 2021The new limitation period has been extended from December 1, 2020 to February 26, 2021. This means that no enforcement will be conducted until the limitation period ends. Please note that payments are still accepted online at www.paytickets.ca or by utilizing our drop box located on the inside of the main entrance at our new location (Western Sarnia-Lambton Research Park. See address info below). Please note that we are CLOSED to the public until further notice.
NEW Court Location January 2021The Court Services department will be temporarily moving to a new location in January 2021. The new address will be the Western Sarnia-Lambton Research Park, 1086 Modeland Road, Building 1020, Suite 200 S., Sarnia, Ontario, N7S 6L2. More information to follow.

All "in-person" Court Proceedings scheduled between March 16, 2020 and January 22, 2021 remain adjourned to a future court date. If you have a proceeding scheduled during this time, do not attend court in person. A notice of the new court date will be sent to you by mail.

Beginning September 28th, 2020, Court Services County of Lambton Provincial Offences Court will hear non-trial proceedings (e.g. guilty pleas, withdrawals, first appearances, adjournments) remotely by audio conferencing.
