Special needs housing units are modified to be accessible and/or have support services.
Application
To apply for a special needs housing unit, a doctor or support agency must confirm in writing that at least one member of the household requires an accessible or supported unit.
The Housing Services Department can provide information on how to contact providers. Please contact Housing Services at 519-344-2062 ext. 2036 for more information.
Please note, eligibility for special needs housing is not based on income.
