Wyoming, ON - Beginning Monday, October 7, Lambton's Creative County Grant Program will be receiving funding applications for arts, culture and heritage initiatives occurring in Lambton County in 2025.
The Creative County Grant Program invests in new and innovative projects that build cultural capacity, strengthen the creative community, and enrich the quality of life of all residents. Wyoming, ON – Lambton County Museums and Lambton County Library are hosting a Best of Show & Tell event on Wednesday, October 9 from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Sarnia Library Theatre, to celebrate Lambton County’s 175th Anniversary and showcase local history discoveries from the 12 community Show & Tell events that took place over the summer.

Wyoming, ON - The County of Lambton Public Works Department and Clean Harbors Canada Inc. will be hosting a mobile Household Hazardous Waste collection event in Lambton Shores this month to offer an additional opportunity for Lambton County residents to dispose of their household hazardous waste at no cost.

Point Edward, ON – Lambton Public Health is reminding residents to take appropriate precautions to protect themselves from mosquito bites following the confirmation of a case of eastern equine encephalitis virus (EEEV) in a local horse by the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food, and Agribusiness on Friday, September 20.
